In these days of internet-enabled self service and target-driven call centres it's becoming increasingly rare to experience good customer service, the kind where you genuinely feel your custom is appreciated and where a company goes out of its way to make a difference. Actually being moved to write on the subject is even rarer. However, I must write to congratulate you on a first class experience on my recent purchase of a nearly new Meriva. Particularly I must single out your sales consultant who was excellent at all stages, from finding the car in the first place, to his attentiveness and flexibility at the various times I visited the showroom. Please pass on my thanks to him for his professionalism and refreshing straightforwardness in the sale. Further, a pat on the back for you and your management team for getting the balance just right.
