Charter Vehicle Hire Age Limits

Small, Medium and standard cars

For hire of cars with ratings small, medium and standard hirers/drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age, have held a full clean licence for the past 2 years and had no accidents in the last 3 years

MPV, 4x4 and Executive

Cars rated  4x4 and Executive or higher minimum of 30 years of age, also may be subject to special conditions. They should in any case be referred to Days Rental.

Minibus (9 seats and over, including the drivers)

•Hirers/ Drivers must be aged 25 or over
•Must have held a full licence for at least 2 years

NB- Vehicles with less than 9 seats, including the driver's seat, are considered cars.

Vans and Luton Box Vans

Van and Luton drivers/hirer must be a minimum of 25 years of age and held a full clean licence for the past 2 years and had no accidents in the past 2 years
